Cancellation and Refund Statement 

Cancellation/Refunds: If made prior to [TBD] refund with a $250 administrative fee applies. No refund after [TBD].

PLEASE NOTE: There are NO full refunds available for any reason. Inclement weather, illness, unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters or any other life events, expected or unexpected, do not entitle a registered attendee to a refund of any portion of their registration dues/fee. If a registered attendee cancels in writing prior to [TBD], a refund of any portion of that attendees dues/fees will be returned minus a $250 administrative fee that is non-refundable. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS THAT OCCUR ON OR AFTER [TBD].
