Guest Room Cut-Off Date
When making your hotel accommodations, we ask that you book the reservation prior to Monday, January 15, 2024. The link will expire on the evening of January 15th. When booking a reservation outside of the web link dates, please call reservations at 855-342-4712 as the link will not accept your reservation. After January 15th, the group rate is no longer available either by the reservation link or by telephone. You are encouraged to make your reservation early, as the hotel may sellout before this date.
Guest Room Deposit/Cancellation Policy
In order to confirm a room arrangement, the hotel will require the guest to pay an advance deposit of 40% of all charges for room, tax and service fees. This advance deposit is refundable up to twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival in the event of cancellation. A cancellation, full or partial, less than twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival will forfeit and be charged the full amount of the advance deposit or any portion thereof. The 40% deposit is charged when booked and the remaining balance for their stay will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
